For tonight’s dinner, my chef M broiled the chicken until it was brown and crisp, then poured this truly luscious sauce over it that was influenced by Thai ingredients – coconut milk, Thai spices, ginger, habanero peppers, cream, some fresh cilantro, chopped raw onions, green curry paste. It had the essence of Thai food but with other flavors, too. I could’ve eaten another bowl of it.
Really. I wish I had another bowl. I don’t usually say that, but this was just so yummy. Tom yummy.



It looks fabulous and I plan to try this dish. Thai food is always so bright and fresh tasting!
