Still eager to use my new toy, today’s bread plan was rosemary focaccia. I got the recipe from Epicurious (click here for it – I recommend the recipe highly). It was quick and easy, and oh so delicious:
the dough, stretched out in the pan and risen, then poked and
slathered with olive oil and fresh rosemary, plus some fresh grated
parmigiano reggiano:
Out of the oven, torturing me as it cools. OH HOW I WANTED TO CUT IT IMMEDIATELY.
But I waited, and I was rewarded:
Good heavens I love bread.

Good things come to those who wait, and yes it did pay off, delicous looking foccacia. Well done!
Oh my this is insane. I love you now, more than before.
I wish I could be eating that right now…bread is my favourite thing in the world to eat, but it’s so bad when I have the ability to eat the whole thing if it’s warm and straight out of the oven! So, I’ve been low-carbing and avoiding it…which of course makes me want it more! Your focaccia looks superb. It hit the spot visually at least, since I can’t eat it!
bread rules. i will never understand how people on those low carb diets could give it up. i couldn’t give it up for even a day.
great focaccia!
my mouth is watering all over the place.
