Welcome to our blog – this one obviously centralizes our food obsession, and I have another one that centralizes my knitting / creativity obsessions (Thrums). We have 4 grown children, and we love to travel around the world. In the fall (2010), we’re going to Laos and Cambodia. There’ll be a blog for that, too.
We kept up this blog very steadily for a couple of years, then took a couple of years off. All the old posts are here, though, so please look through them – the archives are an obvious place to start, but the categories are pretty refined if you’re looking for a particular thing.
We live in New York; one of us is a native, and one is a transplant. The cook is typically referred to as DC, which stands for darling chef. The voice is mine – I’m the baker of the pair.
